College Recruitment
Harnessing international education and skills partnerships

Global Compact is an UN promoted global skills partnership program that is designed to leverage opportunities from migration through bilateral agreements that matches the demand for and supply of workers with targeted educational support in countries of origin.

CareConnects can help leverage current programs in Health Education England, Nursing and Midwifery Council, and other such national organizations, to help health systems setup up college recruitment and exchange program to recruit nursing college students in other countries.

The program is designed with long term needs in mind where we help to identify new nursing talent, give opportunities for students to train and experience western medical standards of care while the hospital and care systems get to evaluate the potential fit of these students to be part of their care delivery workforce

CareConnects’ international higher education partnership network helps colleges and students in the healthcare fields to connect with healthcare organizations worldwide to collaborate, contribute, and celebrate diversity
