Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality, logical, and timely strategic analysis using a wide range of ‘big data” assets to derive trends, conclusions, and actionable recommendations for clients
- Take ownership of discrete analyses and conduct secondary (and primary, if needed) research on markets, payers, physicians, patients, and competitive products to support key findings.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions (internal and clients), collaborate with project team, and exercise informed business judgement in identifying the best approach to address key client needs.
- Develop sophisticated predictive models to optimize care operations, contracting strategies, patient cost and affordability programs, product utilization, brand performance and financial modeling
- Translate analyses into thorough and insightful conclusions and outputs to address client issues and succinctly deliver these conclusions to clients via reports, presentations, and other engagement tools
- Present deliverables to clients and foster professional relationships with members of the client team
- Manage progress and address challenges, request guidance when needed, present potential solutions, implement programs or projects, and manage feedback
- Develop deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies
- Assist with recruiting new team members and participate in the interview process

Senior consultants will be working to develop the business cases for hospital infrastructure and development projects.

We are looking for consultants who have a good understanding of business cases and their practical application in securing significant investment in healthcare. You will have a passion for using business case processes to support evidence-based decision-making aimed at maximizing the benefits realized through investment in healthcare.
The successful candidate will need to think strategically, interacting with senior clients to communicate technical concepts in a compelling and accessible way. You should be familiar with business case methodologies and using financial and economic models. You will have a strong track record of working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver tangible outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience of developing large business cases for capital investment in healthcare, preferably for hospital investments
- Understanding of datasets and methodologies used to quantify the costs and benefits of public sector investments, including wider economic benefits
- Understanding of methodologies for forecasting, including demand and capacity forecasting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the confidence to present work to senior clients
- The ability to balance strategic, big picture, problem solving with technical business case methodologies
- Experience working with clinicians to develop innovative clinical models is desirable, especially for acute services
- Experience of developing commercial models for large capital investments is desirable, especially in healthcare

Role Summary:
Design, develop and deliver custom healthcare technology services to clients while supporting the achievement of the consulting revenue target. Deliver highly strategic projects to key clients as well as play a key role in strengthening existing customer relationships and developing new opportunities with customers globally. Senior Consultant will be responsible for creating commercially strong, profitable, compelling proposals and upon successful proposal win, will take lead in the client engagement to deliver the project objectives

Role Summary:
This role will contribute to the strategic planning and management in improving the clinical efficacy as well as further developing clinical strategy. The successful candidate must hold NMC registration and be educated to degree level – ideally experienced in large hospital settings.
Responsibilities:
- Be an active member of the Senior management team- you will lead on the strategic planning and shaping of the organization to ensure industry leading clinical practices
- Will work closely with key regulatory stakeholders and decision makers to build on relationships
- Full operational management of all clinical services, supporting staff and further developing and leading patient and client led services

- Attend meetings with Board of Trustees and committees as required and report on recommendations

Role Summary:
A seasoned professional in this role will be performing a wide variety of administrative, operational and fiscal functions including, but not limited to, operations, budget, revenue and financial management, personnel, purchasing and general administrative services, to ensure successful operation of the Hospital. This leader will have the oversight for several different departmental areas and functions including but not limited to clinical services (e.g., pharmacy, laboratory, imaging and respiratory) and/or support services (e.g., housekeeping, kitchen, facilities) and will also include hospital wide project oversight. Success will be measured through results delivered in performance improvement, employee engagement, patient safety, patient experience and financial stewardship.
Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership direction and oversight to non-nursing clinical and allied departments of Hospital.
- Participates in the development, coordination and administrative support of strategic and operational plans for the areas of responsibility.
- Collaborates with system-wide resources and leadership to ensure alignment and shared responsibility where appropriate.
- Monitors program activities and appropriate participation, recording and reporting statistical data, including financial data, to determine levels of participation and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensures the efficient, economic and quality performance of assigned departments/areas of responsibility to support or provide quality health care services.
- Ensures the provision of affordable health care services by the acquisition, utilization and organization of available resources and the development of improved techniques and practices.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies by continually monitoring operations and its programs and physical properties and initiating changes where required.
- Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of systems that support the delivery of patient care; the quality of patient care across the Hospital for all disciplines and the achievement of quality patient outcomes.
- Participates with leaders from the governing body, management, physician staff and clinical areas in decision-making structures and processes.
- As a member of the Operations Leadership Team, assists in the development and preparation of the Hospital budget. Allocates funds and ensures areas operate within budget.

- 8-10 years of demonstrated healthcare operations leadership experience
